As one of the largest staffing firms in the world, one common theme that keeps coming up not only conversations with our employees and clients, but also in workforce research studies, is the impending skills gap and how this issue will become an even more pressing topic as the need for specialization increases.
We (Randstad) realize that we cannot fix this by ourselves. But, we decided to do something...So, we took it upon ourselves to encourage and inspire young job seekers and professionals to explore careers in top industries where these skill shortages exist and future job opportunities are expected to grow. By educating the next generation of workers, we believe, that we can make a difference.
How we plan to achieve this:
